A Walk in the Woods

The weather was mild, there was no snow on the ground, so Drew & Sophie asked us to walk in the woods with them.

One morning a few of us decided to walk in the woods.

We found a snow pile that had not melted away.

Christmas Day Morning

We surely had a nice day on Christmas with the many friends and family.

Time on the Ice

During the Christmas Holiday, we got out on the ice of our lake.

Gingerbread Houses Results

The gingerbread house project was well received and we all had fun working on them.

Some of the Children Came Home for Christmas

John & Paige's family came first for the Christmas Holiday and then Ben & Janelle's family came about a week later.

With Ben & Janelle here, we moved to the Lake Home.  We made gingerbread houses.

Thanksgiving Time 2011

The holiday season was upon us and we first celebrated Thanksgiving.

Mormon Missionaries, Elders Macleod and Hoppenen, sniff the turkey.

The Sehnert Family joined us for Thanksgiving.

Before Thanksgiving we decorate our Lake Home for Christmas.

On December 5 my husband turned 75, just 5 years from his 80's.
